Seller Information - Read carefully
Seller or you refers to the consignor
We or Us refers to Laguna Beach Gallery

Seller (consignors) will pay a monthly fee, supply us with a .JPG or .BMP image and a description, in advance. We will put this info
onto the Laguna Beach Gallery website within 48 hrs of receiving same.
NOTE: description will be no more than 20 words.

Laguna Beach Gallery will notify the seller of any interested buyers or if the seller prefers set up a direct link to the sellers website. We
will provide the seller with contact information about the buyer. NOTE: The buyer and seller will deal on a direct basis with each other
to the completion of the sale. We will not be responsible for any items bought or sold from this consignment section of our website.
We are simply attempting to connect buyers with sellers through these listings. All arrangements for shipping, collecting monies,
taxes and insurances are the sole responsibility of the seller.

Your listing runs from the 1st day of the month to the last day of the month. Listings beginning after the end of the 1st. week of the
month will be billed at 1/2 the monthly fee. Minimum listing fee will be the monthly fee. Fees are not refundable.

Seller must contact Laguna Beach Gallery when an item is sold. We will mark it "SOLD" so there will be no further requests from
buyers. Listings will be removed at the end of the last day of the month unless we have been notified and received payment in
advance of an intended extension. NOTE: Once a listing is removed, it will be treated as a new listing if the seller wishes to continue
the listing.
